TERM AND CONDITION

(1) Guarantee and Exchange of Merchandise

BrendanDavidson.com guarantee all products manufactured and processed are of the highest quality and best workmanship. If for some reason an item ordered does not meet our standard or if there is material defect, we will gladly exchange it as we deem acceptable for exchange, under the condition that the buyer should report such claim within 7 days of shipment. You can email us or report your claim using our Contact page link below.

To return defective merchandise please use mail/parcel service. Please place returning merchandise and the original invoice in secure package, and mail to specified address below. Note: BrendanDavidson.com are not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by registering and insuring your return package.

Exchanges: unless otherwise specified you will receive an exact replacement for the item(s) purchased. Replacement item(s) will be shipped using post/mail service, so long as item(s) coincide with our return policy. Item(s) will be sent to address on packing slip or on the original invoice. If address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping address. Note: If you would like to exchange merchandise for something different, please indicate (with specific instructions) merchandise desired on original invoice, we reserve the final decision as deemed.

You will notice that, each item can be viewed separately with an enlarge window with item code, description if any. When you see an item you like, fill out the required fields and submit it. You will receive a reply from us within 24 hours.

Please note that we don't ship to resellers or freight forwarders, this also includes individuals who resell over the Internet through third party portals.

We use USPS Priority mail. However, at the request and expense of the customer we are able to ship by Federal Express for a quicker delivery. Please contact us prior to your making purchase.

All items purchased from BrendanDavidson.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
